IMPRESSION CORPS

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the daily newspaper Le Temps, and as part of its support for Swiss creation - in partnership with Arsenic - Centre d'art scénique contemporain -, Yann Marussich has been invited to present a unique performance, conceived with the complicity of photographer and chemist Cyril Vandenbeusch, and Denis Rollet for the music.

As its name suggests, IMPRESSION CORPS is a performance about impressions, bodies, body of text, revelations (revealing / to be revealed / reveal to others), skin, skin as a surface, skin as a revealing surface, as an organ, a sense of touch, an interface between the inside and the outside, a performance about a body that reveals itself through words.

Event of a fleeting day, a day like any other, a day like every day, on a September 11th. IMPRESSION CORPS is a performance about disappearances, disappearance of the body behind the words, disappearance of the body in the dark, disappearance of the words within the body.
